Refund Policy

Once a user adds money to their Thunder-Strikes account, that money cannot be returned. However, you can utilize the money to participate in Thunder-Strikes leagues, entertaining features, and competitions.

Once a transaction has been completed and finalized, users of the services and Fun Features provided by Thunder-Strikes cannot change their minds. In the following situations, Thunder-Strikes may, in its sole and absolute discretion, authorize any user to cancel a transaction and get a refund of the transaction amount paid by the User.

The reimbursement is only valid for the sum used to pay for league entry, and it will be paid to the wallet account from which the sum was taken from Thunder-Strikes. In the scenario outlined above, Thunder-Strikes shall have the sole and unfettered discretion to decide whether or not to give a refund of the transaction amount to the User after deducting any relevant cancellation fees and taxes. Additionally, consumers should pay attention to the additional terms and conditions that significantly govern the transaction when completing it. Consider a scenario in which certain additional terms and conditions provisions conflict with the current Terms and Conditions as outlined by Thunder-Strikes.

All refund transactions employ the same payment method or financial instrument used for the deposit. Refund processing by the internal review team could take 5-7 business days.
